Can I return an item for a refund?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Returning postage may not be covered by us)

Can I change the shipping address on my order / cancel the order?
Sorry, you can not change the shipping address after placing an order or cancel the order. Our delivery system is automatic, once an order's been made, the system will send relevent information of this order to the warehouse in 1 hour. So make sure to leave us the right address and right post code when placing orders. We are not responsible for any lost if you leave us the wrong address.
