Shipping and Refund Policy
FREE shipping delivery to ALL our customers. But please be noticed that currently proiron.com is only available for customers from UK, Italy, Spain, France, Germany. We are working on the module of allowing purchases from other countries and it will be coming soon, sorry for the inconvenience.
For customers that have bought our product at proiron.com, please bear in mind that we will only provide you with our Proof of Shipping. You will NOT be able to track your order’s whereabout after that, the risk of the product not arriving your doorstep is there. If after 30 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our support team and refund your money, no questions asked.
The shipping normally will take 3-7 days for arrival, time may very due to exceptional circumstances. Please make sure you have filled the correct address information before payment. We will NOT be responsible for any missing delivery caused by the filling in fault.
All our products support “30 days refund” policy.
PROIRON’s “30 days refund” policy: Customers can apply a refund within 30 days from receiving their order EXCEPT for man-made or intentional damage, and will not be charged of any fees for the returning delivery.
How to apply for the refund
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from receiving your order.
When you are trying to contact us, please provide information as below:

|3). The evidence picture or video of any faulty items (If there are faulty items)|
Conditions that need to be met
Only products purchased directly from www.proiron.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
Any man-made or intentional damaged products will not be acceptable for refund.
Returned products must be including all accessories, manuals, and documentation that come along with the product.
When will you receive your refund
Refund will start once we receive the returned product.
All refunds will be sent back to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of starts of the return process or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be sent back to your account.
How to cancel/amend orders
If you want to cancel or amend your orders, you need to contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and any information you need to amend.
But please be aware: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be amended or cancelled.
